Not a sales list
This is not a sales list. It is the work: a boutique collection of Big Sky homes, each held to the same cleaning, maintenance, hosting and reporting standard, and each known well enough that Martin or Max can tell you its open items from memory.
We grow only when we can know every property, every owner, and every open item without hiding behind a queue. If you are deciding who should look after your own house, read the cards below as the answer.

What we do here
Every turnover cleaned to the same checklist and photographed room by room. Posted before check-in.
Year-round. Filters, hot tub chemistry, freeze checks, the roof after a heavy week. Every item named, dated, and closed out in writing.
Martin and Max take the calls for the length of the stay. The number on the welcome card is a mobile phone.
Ski rentals, chefs, shuttles and guides coordinated through licensed local partners we know by name.
A monthly statement showing what we charged and what we paid out, with the photographs attached.
Those five lines do not change from home to home. That is the argument: the standard is the same at every address.
If your house is in Big Sky and you want it kept the way these are kept, the next step is a walk-through. We look at the house, tell you plainly what it needs and what it will cost to keep ready, and show you the reporting an owner actually receives — a real statement, a real set of photographs, a real list of open items.
Taking on a home means taking on knowing it as well as we know the ones already in our care, so we do it deliberately and we say so if the timing is wrong.
See how owners are kept informed
A home kept ready. An owner kept informed.
